Work well for me but I'm bruising...
I'm in the camp of people who experienced a dramatic effect on appetite. I'm mildly obese, but otherwise quite healthy, work a sedentary but busy job, and kind of go through periods of increased & decreased fitness, depending on how busy i am, etc. I noticed that when i'm taking the raspberry ketones, i dont need to eat as much food to feel satiated, i'm just not as ravenous between meals, and i can control myself better when i'm about to reach for a snack. I lost about 8 pounds in about a month, without exercising (probably would have been more if i was working out). I've taken a couple of breaks from taking the capsules, and my eating revert back to my old self after a couple of days off. My one concern (and i'm not sure it's related to the rasp ketones or not) is i feel like i've been bruising more when i take them... If it keeps happening, i'm gonna have to stop them, which sucks because they were working so well for me. :(

Weird brown stuff in the caps!
Different product than what I purchased last year. Previously, the caps were filled with white powder and had a clear scent/taste of raspberries. This one contains caps filled with dark brown powder and the scent/flavor is not the same either. It looks and smells just like the green coffee bean extract that I also purchased from MangaNaturals in the past. I'm no longer sure what's inside so I'm not going to use it. Too bad because I've been a loyal customer of Manga Naturals for 2+ years.

this is a con. i didnt lose any weight when i used it. the reason i purchased this in the first play is because it had such good reviews. but a friend asked me to look into the reviews some more. what i noticed was the when i click on the name of the reviewer only purchase was made!! so even though its registered customers they registered just to give five star to this product. genuine customers of amazon has not given good reviews about this product. SAVE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Happy with results!
This product is truly stimulant free, but still helps to make me feel less hungry. No jitters, no sleepless nights. I also don't have any dramatic weight loss results like some of the other reviewers, but I have lost some weight in conjunction with an active lifestyle and a reduced calorie and low carb diet. I only had a few pounds to loose for a special event anyway, so this was great. All, in all, I'll be ordering this again. Definitely doesn't hurt if you're trying to tone up!

After 2 weeks I GAINED 2 pounds
I'm not sure about this product as it has only been 2 weeks. I will say that The first day I took it it opened my appetite and made me more hungry. This went on for 2 days before things stabilized and I went back to eating regular. After 2 weeks, I haven't lost any weight instead I GAINED 2 pounds. I work out 2 days per week and have about 30 pounds to lose. I'm a female in my mid 40s. I stacked this with the green coffee bean and the garcinia cambodia from the same company. I thought this would make it work better but it didn't. If this doesn't turn a corner in another 2 weeks I will be asking for a refund. I am starting to wonder if the other reviews on this are fake. I paid $60 for all 3 products.

check the studies before buying this crapYou would have to take a 100 times the recommended amount in order to reach the same dose as the test animals (NOT recommended).Bottom Line: Some studies in mice and rats show that raspberry ketones can protect against weight gain and fatty liver. However, these studies used massive dosages, much higher than you would get with supplementation.Unfortunately, there is not a single study on raspberry ketones in humans.

Zip, Notta, Nothing!
Took 2 pills a day. One in the morning and one at night. I was also dieting and exercising as well. It didn't do one little thing. It was a complete waist of money. I wish I could get my money back but I wanted to take the entire bottle to give it a fair try.Taking the pills as recommended the bottle lasts for 2 months... making it way to late to return.
