Hamilco Blank Cards and Envelopes White Cardstock Paper 5.5" x 8.5" folded 100 Pack (Bright)

I was hesitant to make this purchase based on some of the reviews. But I needed 150+ cards for work and could not find what I wanted at a decent price at the local supply stores (which are numerous in my area). They worked well for what I purchased them for and I would say - you get what you pay for. They envelopes are plain and ordinary but serve the purpose. The card stock is good and I had no problem whatsoever feeding 150 of them through a cheap little printer that I use at home. As to the fold lines... I lined them up at the top before creasing at the bottom. As previously indicated by others... if you you use the crease line at the bottom they don’t line up well at the top. This was not enough to make me give them less than a 5 star review. The cards worked very well for me and I was very happy with the purchase. If you want expensive looking cards and envelopes - then you need to step up and pay the money. These are plain/ordinary white cards and envelopes -standard/basic that get a job done for a very reasonable price.

In the last few years, I've made my own Christmas cards because I like the creative process. This is the first year I used the Hamilco card stock, and I am so impressed! The card stock feels so professional with the vertical half-fold. It was so easy to find my designs, print them on the computer and the result was so beautiful. I will never use another brand of card stock again. I was so excited to make the cards and get them into the envelopes for mailing, that I was done with everything by the end of Thanksgiving weekend!

Ran out of my last order of card paper & envelopes... just in time for this order to arrive. the paper feels so nice & almost silky. Very happy with this purchase. Thank you Hamilco for contacting me about the order.. I'm as pleased as punch with the paper & yes if you have a template for your envelopes I would love one.

Don't purchase these for an ink jet printer. The surface printing quality is very poor, both sides. Fortunately, I also have a laser printer, and print quality is fine when using that medium.

The paper was cut In the wrong direction. When it goes through the printer it is pulling it against the grain. That makes it difficult to stay straight and print correctly. It also causes jams while printing. Even though the paper is scored, once it is folded it cracks along that fold. If it had been cut in the correct direction this paper would’ve been nice. It looks like good quality paper. I definitely wasted money on this product.

I wanted good, sturdy paper cards that would stand up on their own as table tents. The paper is fine, and sturdy enough for the task. However, it was too stiff to go through my ink jet printer. If you have a printer where the paper goes straight through, this product should be okay. But if the paper has to make a u-turn when feeding through, you may experience the same problem.

Great quality cards. Perfect to use for my Christmas art cards this year.A little large but that's OK. I did layered paper on the covers and these cards are nice because they can be trimmed a little bit on the edges. I needed larger envelopes for layered cards to fit in so this was a good package.Envelopes & cards together were a good value for the project.

I use this to make all types of cards. Quality good for the price. Arrived quickly and in a sturdy box. All my family & friends love personalized cards. I can make whatever I want. I include pictures from the past, activities, special occasions, etc. I put puzzles, quizzes, story about current event, etc. on cards I make for my 4 great granddaughters .,
