Did a lot of research to find a set that had comfy seating but also with a table that can be used for dining. This is the set! It took awhile to put together, but once I got the hang of it, it wasn’t too bad. Color is great. Just what we needed to spruce up our deck!

After reading reviews, I decided to purchase furtnture through Amazon. I was hopefully optimistic. I knew there was risk of shipping damage, which there was and I currently (3/18) have a communication into the seller - I will upadte this based on that response.After assembling the first chair, I am at a loss for words... the whole chair is just lopsided, frames slightly bent making it extremely difficult to align screws to holes. I am a very capable, and physically capable guy, that is very mechanical and the first chair along kicked my @$$.Based on images I thought this was slightly higher than dinig height, somehat simialt to bar height but it is not (this is my issue not theirs).If you plan to use an allen wrench, either your own or the supplied one - it will take you days to assemble because of the alignment and tolerances. I am using a battery operated impact gun and its still a challenge.Also note, because of the damaged, I have only been able to assemble 1 chair, the bench, 1 chair are unable to be assembled.I am hopeful the seller will be prompt in their contact on my damaged parts as others have said. At this point, I wouldnt pay 1/2 what I paid if I purchased again.Update: As I conitnued building, the stools, had their brackets installed 90 degree out, meaning the bolt holes were sideways, instead of up and down, making the parts unusable.Seller was contacted through Amazon and they promptly replied and will ship an entire new set of parts on Package C, but will be 7-10 days to arrive, which is disappointing, but I'm glad they are making good on their product.They shipped box C with the replacement parts rather quickly, I received in 6 days, new parts were in very good condition.

My wife bought this set primarily due to the fact the description CLEARLY states the cushion covers are removeable. Well, once they arrive first thing she noticed was they didn't come off....NO ZIPPERS. After contacting Best Choice, they said the description WAS incorrect, but they would neither provide another set of cushions, cushion covers or a partial refund (said Amazon won't allow, though I have received some in the past). They offered to replace the set, with the SAME set but i would have to pay for packaging and take to FEDEX. CRazy.Seems to be a good set...make sure of what you are getting and if removable covers are important because you use outside, they do NOT come that way.HORRIBLE customer service...reached out to them several times to request either the removal cover cushions, additional set of cushions or a partial refund. They stated I could only return (at my cost for boxes and taking to Fedex) and replace (which would have the SAME cushions). They told me Amazon would NOT allow a partial refund even after Amazon emailed them telling them they COULD issue a partial refund. HORRIBLE Customer Service.By at your own risk.

1 star since I can't assemble this 7 piece set as the instruction manual and hardware parts were missing. Third-party company is giving unrelated generic responses with no real resolution. Three days ago I was told issue was escalated and a manual would be emailed to me...never happened. And even so, assemble with what parts? I guess I could purchase parts from a hardware store, but what a headache for something so expensive!

I’m so thrilled with this set. It arrived earlier than I expected and the boxes were in tact... No damages like other reviews suggested. It came with an instruction manual and using a drill, I set it up in 1.5 hours. The quality and weight is amazing. The cushions could use a bit more padding but still very comfortable. Most importantly, the company was so responsive to my emails and feedback. They delivered incredible service! Really happy with my purchase.

Update: After several rounds on the phone with customer service, Best Choice finally agreed to send me the missing box to complete my order. I have now been able to set up the furniture and it looks nice and is quite comfortable. Upgrading to four stars - would have been five except for the disappointing initial customer service.Original review: Item arrived in a shipment of three boxes. Two of the boxes were correct, but the third was from a completely different product. No instructions or connecting hardware were included. When I called Best Choice Products and spent a hour on the phone to get the missing box, they told me I would have to ship all three giant boxes back to them (how? - I can’t fit these boxes in my car) before they would send me a completely new set. I don’t need a new set, just the one missing box. They refused to send me just the one box since it would break up a full set, but they already broke up a full set when they sent me only two of the three boxes I need. Extremely poor customer service.

For having it shipped, not being able to see it on a retail floor before buying it, it is good.The setup is easy. It can be done by one person, which i did alone. Took me about 30 Minutes. (I would suggest using a cordless drill and the proper hex bit). A few pieces, the chairs and sofa would have been easier with 2 people, but easily accomplished with 1 person.Shipping for me came separate days. but that is OK.It is a little smaller then i expected, but fit our area just fine.The included cover is .. not very thick, but it serves its purpose. It can hold up in rain but i really don't see it lasting a long time. Wish it was a bit heavier duty, thicker. When putting it on, make sure to have all your pieces push together (chairs pushed in under table, table pushed all way to sofa. And it will fit fine.They have little loops on the edge of the cover to put around the feet of the chairs to keep it in place during windy times. Works good.Overall i'm satisfied and would recommend this to anyone looking for outside furniture.

Acheté set marron/rouge mais c'est plutot marron/orange. Les coussins 100% syntethique,glisse facillement,beaucoup d’électricité statique. A voir en quelque mois...Suite a l’evaluation,j’ai été contacte par le service a la clientèle qui a exprime ses regret vis a vis de mon insatisfaction e ma propose de venir ramasser le set des meubles si je veux le retourner. On a décidé de garder le set mais j’ai été agréablement surpris par leur souci envers la clientèles. Bonne service après ventes.

Au prix que l'ensemble est vendu, on aurait dû inclure soit des vis noires ou des capuchons plastiques pour couvrir les vis. En plus, les cousins devraient avoir des fermetures éclair pour les enlever afin de faciliter le lavage!
