I received this product Thursday and it has been 5 days!Pretty awesome, my appetite has diminished. Make sure you do keep this item refrigerated at all times.I'm not fond of the taste but it works as I see it working with me, I can ignore somewhat the after taste, gives a boost energy levels. Doesn't taste like berry flavor,but isn't bad tasting either. There are tiny particles, even after i shake it up several minutes. I feel like it does suppress my appetite,but have only taken it for 2 days so far. No side effects that I have noticed.
