I don't know if I actually gain energy when taking these. I do get very sleepy. But in the past two months I've been taking them everyone has been talking about how skinny I've gotten. Yes, I changed my diet and eating habits. Yes, I've started becoming more active. But one thing I've noticed is I've definitely began to use the bathroom more. So if that's what it's doing than it works. I was above 200 lbs, maybe pushing 210 two months ago. Now I am below 190 for sure. I will continue to keep using these without exercising now to see if I can lose weight without doing anything. I will then update my review with results.

I'm currently using this in conjunction with garcinia cambogia. I used the garcinia for about 3 weeks before starting this. I think it has helped a little, but I don't think it would work well without the garcinia. Combined, my appetite is well suppressed and I have to actually remind myself to eat.It hasn't given me any kind of side effects that I've noticed; no jitters or difficulty sleeping.I wouldn't recommend using this product alone for weight loss. I definitely recommend using the California Products brand garcinia as I found it to have the highest concentration per capsule at a very low cost.

I love this stuff! I have tried other brands but this one is the best! I almost gave up on green coffee bean. But After three days of taking it I felt more energy, better mood and I haven't noticed weight loss yet but I definitely have more energy to go hit the gym. I almost forgot this also suppresses your appetite quite a bit! I bought 2 bottles of it right away. :)

I have been taking this with the garcina cambogia for four days now. I have lost 5 pounds in four days. I take two garcinia cambogia and one green coffee bean, with vitamin c, 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before dinner. It really does suppress the appetite and helps me only eat a serving size not two or three like normal and i am not hungry between meals. I have been very thirst, drinking over 100 ounces of water a day, which helps flush kidneys. I feel great.

I have researched and tried a different types of supplements/diet pills, but unfortunately this doesn't do what it claims. It doesn't even suppress appetite, let alone enhance weight loss. I noticed no differences nor changes of any kind, so please SAVE YOUR MONEY.

It didn't help my appetite at all. I is suppose to help with weight loss, I think I got the wrong brand or something because I used them as prescribed, started walking more and have actually gained weight.

Noeffect, but I am under 10% BF so its possible I'm too lean to get anything from it, or its possible that it doesn't work at all as my wife, who is hot at about 18% BF also had no effect.

I received the item and then never took them .. I cannot give a bad review.. The order came in a reasonable time..
