Huge Driver Issues, unusable. Don't buy till Asus fixes it.
This product does not work with windows 10. . My router is Asus Ac68U. The router fails every often and hangs your PC. You may get BSOD sometimes or just hang till you remove your adaptor. I believe the Asus driver department has done a shabby job with this one. I had ordered plenty of these some time ago for my office, now I have returned back to a slower N adaptor, which is sad, slow but works continuouslyIf someone want to buy my rejected pieces for cheap, contact me. Or perhaps I'll want to wait till Asus releases a new driver which works correctly with windows 10.

I returned this product and Amazon gladly took it back without any questions. Appreciate that Amazon. The product is good but it seems to have some problem with the drivers which makes it very unstable and unreliable. Even though it shows that its connected at high speeds (above 500mbps) data transfer hangs almost every time and when the computer wakes up from sleep the adapter doesn't work and a restart is required. I bout this adapter after purchasing the Asus AC68U, to replace a cat5e cable that was running from the router to my computer. I have reverted back to the CAT5e cable now.

Excellent product
On Windows 8.1 installation is pretty straight forward, It automatically install drives when you connects, before my laptop have inbuilt (Broadcom 802.11n N150) hardware it show signal only single bar in first-floor than drought ASUS USB AC56 802.11ac AC1200 now it shows full signal.Fast shipping and well packed by Amazon.Awesome Product......!

Inaccurate listing
Specifically bought this because it was listed as being from Taiwan, not China like virtually every other wifi adaptor. When it arrived I'd had "made in china" all over it. Very disappointed.Then to add further insult it doesn't work properly

Potente adaptador Wifi
Compré esta antena por sus velocidades prometidas y la verdad es que las cumple. La uso para jugar en línea y no tengo problema alguno. Esto obviamente conectado con un módem wifi AC en 5Ghz, consiguiendo una velocidad de 750 mbps a 850mbps. Y si no te da alcance necesario, incluye una antena externa que amplia su alcance.Problemático fue su instalación inicial ya que los drivers no son compatibles con windows 10 inicialmente. Descargar los drivers de ASUS no me daba solución, en internet encuentras que no eres el único y dan un par de soluciones pero en mi caso no funcionaron (no me daban la velocidad total, no era estable la conexión o simplemente no detectaba la frecuencia de 5Ghz).Lo pude resolver borrando todo driver instalado y reinstalando los drivers más actualizados de ASUS...que son del 2018 y mágicamente empezó a funcionar al 100%.Un dolor de cabeza inicial pero después es una chulada esta antena

Hit and Miss
When the adapter works it works well. I have 500mbps down, I am able to get about 330 using this adapter. It appears that there is a common issue with this adapter constantly dropping the wifi signal on windows 10 especially with the 5GHz band making this thing almost unusable. I've tried every known fix and I still drop and have to reconnect constantly.
