The media could not be loaded. Great addition to my bedroom the fan blows so cool and FYI I bought this for my home in the island jamaica and believe me its hot down there and it worked perfectly inspite of the warm weather it blows perfect

Broke after 6 month light never work again

The blue tooth works well however you don’t get a lot of base for the money.
My fan does not work but the blue tooth portion does… I have reached out to this company on several occasions (as you can only communicate via email) as there policy states that they will replace your assessories up to 2 years. When I first purchased the fan, they reached out immediately. I am not sure why the communication ceased. All I asked for is a new remote. The remote that was sent with the fan upon purchase does not work. It has been over a month now without a response. Please do not purchase. If anything is wrong at all with the fan, I would suggest returning it for a full refund. I have never and am not one to make or file complaints but had to on this one. I even advised that if I did not hear back I would write a bad review. I just wanted a remote. Only writing the review because now I have a ceiling fan that does not work to it's full capacity. It gets hot, but no fan. The internet/bluetooth portion does work. I spend 192.00 for this product which is a lot of money to not have the fan work to it's full capacity. The company is not honoring or standing by their mission listed in their brochure. Customer satisfaction.

Easy to install
The media could not be loaded. Put it in my bedroom, I love it, easy to install, happy I picked this one, play music really good, speaker got lit of base, the lighting is great, I would buy again and tell a friend.

I love it but would love it even more if the Bluetooth and the color would change
The media could not be loaded. It was very easy to install and it looks beautiful and fan blows very well but my Bluetooth will not Connect and the light changing colors will not come on it came on one time and did not come back

The media could not be loaded. Really love this item. Works well, easy to install and the app for music and lighting is ILight instead of iLink that’s listed on the amazon descriptions. Would purchase again.

Awesome fan!
This Bluetooth fan is awesome. It was easy to put up and easy to use. Love the disco lights with the music.
