Just enough of an energy booster to keep you going, but if you want to sleep, it won't stop you from catching your 'z's. There's also no crash and burn, which is really nice. Usually a good 6 to 7 hours of alertness.

When I took this product, I only took half of what the bottle instructed. I have taken similar products before and for me, it has always been wise to build up to the full dose. I took one capsule with a large glass of water just before heading out of the house. As I was driving to my destination, I developed extreme chest pain. I had to pull to the side of the road and came close to calling 9-1-1. I am a registered nurse and this product was recommended by a friend, so I thought it would be safe. I was wrong. After doing my research, this product and the amount of caffeine it contains is not safe. I would not suggest taking it for any reason! I still have several bottles that I will be throwing away. I would recommend researching this product online and reading the medical reviews before taking. I should have done that prior to my purchase, so I can't blame the product for my dissatisfaction but I can blame it for the chest pain, as the physicians I worked with explained.
