Il prodotto è fatto di un buon legno, soprattutto se paragonato rispetto ad altri prodotti acquistati precedentemente presso altri venditori, dove erano presenti schegge di legno staccate qua e là.I fori permettono di inserire comodamente le boccette fine a 15 ml. La comodità, rispetto alla scatole porta oli essenziali, è che è possibile usarlo anche per le boccette con il contagocce incorporato. Le scatole non hanno una altezza tale da potersi chiudere con il tappo dosatore, cosa essenziale ad esempio per le essenze floreali.
