Replacement Brushes Fit DWP611 DWP611K 450 Router, 4 pack, Replacement For A27343 Motor Part

Bought these to replace the worn brushes in my Dewalt dwp611 router that is mounted to my cnc machine. New brushes seemed fine when installing them, but as soon as i reassembled everything and started the router/cnc machine i noticed it sounded different than before, and was spitting a bunch of little pepper sized chunks of graphite all over the workpiece. After the 20 minute carve completed i pulled the brushes back out to inspect them and both brushes had pieces that were broken off and missing. I will definitely be buying and installing a different set before i trust it to not ruin something by running with these in it.

I run a D611 for a Millright Mega V XL CNC Machine and the brushes died so I needed new ones. I bought these because they would come quickly. Replaced them with no issues but when I started up it was screaming, so I let it run under no load for 30 minutes so it would break in, since then no issues. 4/5 starts because it is made in China and the screaming I had to sit through. I bought direct from the factory before (took weeks) but they did not require break in time and no screaming.

Brushes fixed my router and runs like a champ now!

The short turn around time, and being in stock was a big deal. Amazon did great and the product was perfect.

Horrible. Broke into a million pieces and almost ruined my CNC router. Junk
