The taste of the product was good.It has 265 mg of DHA. I would have liked a little bit more DHA, at least 300 mg.I would have liked EPA in there too, along with the DHA.I really like the fact that it has additional fatty acids.My reason for consuming these types of products is to try and prevent dementia.I would like to know the best fatty acids to take to prevent dementia.I'm also looking at another product right now called iWi.It has DHA and EPA, and something they are calling Omega 7 fatty acids and Omega 9 fatty acids,and something they are calling Polar Lipids. They also include Omega 6I would like a product that has all the fatty acids that are likely to prevent dementia.All the fatty acids that the brain needs to be healthy.

The product is as good as advertised. I learned recently that Omega 3 deficiency had a lot to do with my problems with dry eye. A week into taking it, and I haven’t had any issue anymore. It works so well :)

Love having another vegetarian/vegan option for omegas! Flax seed is good, but this is better! I've just started taking it now, and so far so good! Will definitely buy again!

This is a lovely mix of some of the things I wasn't getting in my plant-based diet. No fish burps. No odd aftertaste.

So far it’s a really great product. No unpleasant taste and no stomach issues taking it. It’s perfect quality

Fantastic plant based Omega 3-6-9 without the murder of innocent fish.

I have only been taking the product for a short time but I haven't experienced any negative effects, the positives may be that it has helped my ADHD and anxiety. On top of that it is Kosher. ;)
