Big and good enough computer monitor for the price (by default the initial menu is in Korean).
It's a big monitor! big areas to display a lot of windows.The package says it's HDTV though, that made me feel disappointed when I received it, and after installation, the pixels does not seem very sharp when looking at it closely, but after a while, when I get used to it, specially after I keep a little more distance from it, it looks OK. It does support that many resolutions.You cannot stay too close to a screen big like that, otherwise you would keep turning your head looking at different areas because by just turning the eyes does not feel enough.I don't use it to watch TV, so don't know how video works though, this review is only based on using it as computer monitor. And I believe it need big display memory but I have not checked that yet. My computer has a 4G built-in display memory, not sure what is the lowest requirement.Update:After using it for more than a month, I cannot use it anymore, the computer detect it but cannot show anything on it, there is korean word displaying on the screen which I don't understand. When I bought it the default menu was in korean, after I connect to my computer, it displayed well, so it didn't trouble me. But now it seems I need learn Korean first before changing the menu to Englisn :(After using it for nearly 3 years, I come back to this review. I found I forgot to follow up previous "Korean word" trouble, actually I asked a Korean friend to help me get back to normal display. About 3 weeks ago, I got a new trouble, the screen became very dark blue, I purchased 3 year protection plan sold by Warrantech when I bought it, so now I'm working with the warrantech company and Amazon to see how to fix it. Will follow up and write the result here later.
