At first I thought it was going to be flimsy and cheap but I am actually so impressed with the quality and the appearance. When I first got it, it was creased because of shipping, but the company explains on a card how to steam it and rid the wrinkles immediately. It holds my laundry perfectly and the handles are SO convenient when dragging it downstairs to do a load. Its the perfect laundry basket and would also be perfect to store toys, blankets or even towels. The colors of this one are cream and gray and it has absolutely no flaws!

I don’t know if they follow through because I’m clearly not partaking, but they offer to pay you for a 5 star review, up to $25 if you include pictures/video and purchasers should be able to go into this purchase knowing that the ratings are skewed.That being said, the product itself is alright and I’d give 3.5-4 stars. It comes folded in such a way that it leaves creases, mine have yet to come out after a couple of months but I haven’t tried the “steam it for a half hour” method either, so can’t speak to whether that would work or not. I appreciated that it came with such instructions, even if my attitude towards them was “Yeeeaahh, I’m not gonna do that.” It doesn’t hold its shape quite as well as I’d like, certainly not like the stock photos (particularly the handles), but it does work better than a lot of the flimsy collapsible hampers on Amazon. I feel that it will hold up well in general for quite a while without falling apart, and the colors really are very attractive.So all in all, it’ll get the job done well though while looking pretty, though kind of lumpy/floppy.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I am so glad that I purchased this basket. The white and tan colors go perfect with any style/space & the two-toned detail is very cute. The stitching is great too. Perfect size for a kid or baby hamper, plus can be used for toys after they grow out of its size for a hamper. It does come folded so when you open it up it will be warped and cheap looking, but it is an easy fix; steam it from the inside and out, use your hands to manipulate it into the correct shape and stuff it with towels or blankets for a few hours. My photos show the before and after of this process. I recommend purchasing this product!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I was skeptical about buying because I didn’t know if it would fit my fiancé’s and I’d clothes for a week, but I bought it anyway. I am sure glad I did because it can fit all of our clothes, plus some. The durability of this clothes hamper is great! It doesn’t fall over when full and has a lot of storage capacity. There are some creases, but they go away once clothes are put in, plus I do not have a steamer to help get the creases out as the description said to do.

I love this laundry storage basket...it has easy to use handles and I will travel with me on vacation. Durable material for even the rough and tough kids I have. Love it

It is thick and very durable. Once set up it has not moved or fallen it is perfect. It holds a lot more than it may seem, at all times I have at least 4 thick blankets in there for storage, I added a video of what I currently have in there for an idea of just how big it is. An added plus is how cute it looks in my room. I cannot say enough good things about this! Buy it right now!

I had researched various ones and finally decided I loved the look of this one and went for it! I LOVE this thing. (AND my dogs leave it alone because it isn’t a wood basket they’d be tempted to chew on—hallelujah!) As you can see in my video it holds 4 regular sized blankets, a Snuggie, AND a queen sized blanket (and that’s just with them being stuffed back in there and not folded). It does come folded up but has instructions to steam and stuff it to get the shape you want. I just stuffed it with our blankets and most of the creases came out which was good enough for me! I also love that the handles on this basket aren’t ones that can just rip off easily but are within the basket and pretty well reinforced to last. Definitely will be purchasing more of these!

I purchased the large white and gray basket and it fits it with my decor nicely. The first one I purchased I use for blankets but definitely durable enough for heavier objects. I was gifted a second one for Christmas that has since been claimed by one of my college sons for laundry and storage needs. He as well loves it, much better than the mesh bins that flop and collapse when in use. The basket can be stored easily. This basket is extremely practical and functional for storage and transportation. The handles are very thick and durable too. It also is a great decor accessory for your home. You won't be disappointed!
