Really nice workout mask and I really like the four step breathing controls where I can pre-set my breathing for more or less air. I also feel this is very high quality in every part of this mask, where it looks and feels like a good solid piece of equipment. Fits perfect around my face, very good seal where II was breathing only through the main inlet and outlet and not around the mask. I felt it was very comfortable around my face too and the Velcro strap for the back, was very comfortable too, without a lot of pressure on the face. No cons, works perfectly, where I am very happy with the purchase.

This is not for high elevation training it is more of a endurance mask to help you build stamina and lung strength to longer distances. I got this to help me build lung strength and stamina so I cod get my Marine Corps 3 mile run time down from 24 minutes to around 18 minutes, it has helped alot if you use it every day and slowly increase.

Should come wit second silicone plugs instead of 1 set

Maybe there are different sizes, but I wear a size 22.5in hat and this thing is forever shifting due to looseness

Came today. Mask fits great and it’s comfortable. Easy to put on and adjust settings. I still need to workout in it to test it out.Update: so I worked out in it and yes you can tell the difference between the levels when you set them. It’s pretty restrictive I had to pull out the mask a few times to get good deep breaths in. Overall I like it.
