I have no complaints about the product but it needs to be packed with a little more thought. The first arrived in a thin box with very minimal foam around it. It is very breakable and needed more care to package. The second one was at least in a second box.

This is a cool looking mug, and it is sturdier than I expected! This was a gift for my son, and it is now his favorite coffee / beer mug! Oh, and a generous size, too!

It came when expected. It is very cool! I gave it as a gift to my brother and he loves it! I liked it so much that I am going to buy myself one!

Rim around the top of the mug was not glued down and had extra material hanging out from the seam.

The handle is very weak it doesn't take much to break it and I should know because this is my second that has been broken. It's gorgeous so I wish that it were sturdier somehow. At the price it is I can't be buying a new mug every week or so sadly.

I love this cup. It's pretty sturdy but wouldn't want to drop it. It's a stainless steel insert in a plastic outer. Not cheap plastic. But don't think it could withstand a fall to a hard floor. Still like it a lot. Ppl always comment at work.

El modelo de la taza no es el mismo de la foto, la base está un poco dispareja, tiene buen tamaño de taza normal, el diseño está bonito pero no es como lo que ponen en la foto, como regalo de intercambio de tazas pues si funciona, porque si llama la atención
