This is a perfect multi-function non-contact thermometer. With the ease of using the different modes: adult/child, forehead/ear or an object mode .. you'll find that the readings are very accurate. The thermomter is slim and light with an large screen that shows you the current and previous readings. The screen also has four different color displays depending on your temperature. With a fever the screen will turn red and have an audible warning signal. It comes with free carrying pouch that is nice to store the thermometer in. It is also BPA and latex free. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this to everyone.

We bought this to replace a previously used "contact"-type thermometer. It's very fast (about half a second) to display the reading and every time we used it we found it to consistently read the same temperature for each person. We followed the recommendations to take a "base" temp (one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and average the two) for each person in the household. So we know what the "normal" front temperature of each person is, which can be about 0.9 degrees below the temperature of the internal body and can vary a little from person to person.

Love this contactless thermometer which is pretty accurate, lightweight and easy to use.It can store upto 40 readings and can be used for forehead and ear modes. It is great to have the screen displays different color based on the temperature levels. It also comes with a pouch for storage. I find it very helpful especially in the current times of pandemic. I'm very pleased with the purchase. Highly recommend everyone to invest in one of these touchless thermometers.

I like how it lights up. So it will work well in a dark room with a sick child. It even has a setting so you can tell the temperature of the room. You will need 2 triple AAAs batteries. It doesn't come with them already installed. It was pretty easy to use after reading the directions and it even comes with a nice soft carry pouch.

This is a great thermometer for home use. I purchased 2, so I could take one to my elementary classroom to use. It’s easy to use and to read. I love that the background color changes if the temp is too high or low. It’s a little tricky figuring out where to hold it in front of the forehead at first, but once you get used to it it’s easy to get a good reading. Light weight and a great fit in your hand. Has a removable tip cover if you choose to use it inside of the ear instead of in front of the forehead. It’s got a nifty light gray velvety drawstring carry bag to keep it well protected.

I'm glad I got this, we had been using the cheap under arm thermometer and it was all over the map. When I got this I tried it several times in a row to test accuracy and precision and it was the same each time.My husband likes the color change so he doesn't have to think of what the "normal range" is.

The product appearance was satisfactory, but could not get it to read temperature consistently. 9 times out of 10 it would just show the letter "F" but no value for the temperature

I own an oral thermometer but wanted an infrared one too. After reading several reviews I decided to get this one. I'm glad I did, it works perfectly, of course it's going to be lower than an oral thermometer, but that's for all infrared thermometers. The difference is about 0.5F It's quick and easy to use.
