I have had other more expensive flexible hoses before, nearly all useless. This one however is much different, I really like it, it feels stronger and I like the brass connectors.. It’s perfect across the block paving and the hose shrinks back really easily, but on the rougher concrete it can catch a little bit when shrinking back, it’s not a big problem, just be mindful of it. Overall I’m I’m very pleased with it and good value for money.

So far seems to be good quality and works as required one thing that I wasn't expecting or hadn't realised when ordering was that this hose does not come with the Hozelock style quick connectors so you need to workout what adapters you need if you have accessories that you want to connect. However the supplied solid brass connector fittings seem good quality and give you everything you need to use the supplied plastic hose spray-nozzle supplied with the hose. Only time will tell if the hose will last but it certainly is easier than a conventional hose and I would say that at the moment this is one of the best expandable hoses that I have used. This is the third or fourth expandable hose that I have had in about 6 years. So from experience when using every day during summer months and occasional use during other months it seems you can get about 2 years of service out of these types of hoses, hopefully this one will exceed this length of service.

Excellent hose very lightweight easy to use even I can use it. Fills and empties very quickly. The spray nozzle is strong, you can change the water spray by turning the front of nozzle. Even when it’s pulled out to the full length the water sprays well. I would definitely recommend this hose

A hose is a hose? Right? Well, this is one that is entirely fit for purpose. The hose does expand to a full length, and shrinks back to a storable length that fits on the oven tap hook when empty of water (the flexible elasticated inner squeezes the water out when the supply is turned off). The brass fittings at each end of the hose are welcome, as are the additional washers to help seal the connections. The plastic spray nozzle is similar to a lot of other available hose fittings and has a good range of settings that give spraying options for watering delicate flower beds or for filling containers as required. All in all - an excellent purchase.

Bought exactly the same hose only four months ago and it failed and leaked at the crimped end. Bought identical replacement and attached to the tap only to find it sprayed out water from multiple holes in the hose. Obviously not checked when made and it is impossible to rejoin the crimped end without special tools. I do really like these hoses for ease of watering but they are not worth the money and I shall not be buying more again. Such a pity.

Hose has split within 6 months of purchasing and it has only been used a handful of times as it was bought at the end of the summer, and used once last week (I got soaked when water was spouting sideways out of it) as well as probably 3/4 times to water the grass when reseeded in the fall of 2020. It feels durable and a good buy, but I'm sure longevity is a good measure of a quality hose and sadly this doesn't measure up.

Perfect replacement for my broken hosepipe

We previously had a much shorter expandable hose which didn't reach as far as I would have liked. The 100ft option is great as we can water the garden tubs and veg without having to carry watering cans, and the various options on the spraying attachment mean you can direct the water either softly for seeds etc or in a stronger stream as necessary. When you turn the tap off the hose retracts back to its original size for easy storage. A great solution.
