Q: I am in a wheelchair (paraplegic). Can I slide under this workbench or get close enough to do woodworking with hand tools without working sideways?

Probably not unless you made some modifications. The center support would be in the way. I am sure that you could modify this however.

Q: can the vices be moved like on the 1450?
