Where to start? Amazing shipping and I mean LIGHTING FAST! I put in my odder on 8/23/17 and revived it 8/25/17 I mean really how did that happen! It comes with a lower end harness and everything you need! Nice little DVD to walk you through a few things. This is no joke its worth every dime you spend on it. Its been well over 10 years since I used a climber and its so simple to use! Extremely user friendly... EXTREMELY! In fact it took me longer to get it out of the box than it did to set up on a tree in the back yard!Lets talk about the harness. Now its not the best of the best, but it will do the job! Its comfortable and pretty simple to use I will admit I had a little bit of a struggle getting it set up, but after a few try's I got it. Then I sat there thinking well dang that's so simple! So I am all about keeping it simple stupid! I don't know if I didn't read it all or not but I was just blown away that this was with it.The stand its self sets up in minutes after you get over the little to none learning curve you will be going up and down with ease. Everything on this stand is adjustable. I truly can not say enough good things about this! I will post some photos and let you all know how it caries on the back with my load out.All in all if you are on the fence due to the price or not sure or what ever it is.... Trust me when I say this! JUST BUY IT! You will not be unhappy by any means!

This is a beast! Soo heavy, works great, but I had to get the Molle 2 straps and kidney belt to make the long hikes possible, hard to hike without sweating like a pig.That being said, short hikes this stand is perfect, so sturdy and comfortable AF!!!! Hard not to fall asleep when the sun hits you just right 💤 I am able to stay in the stand all day. I’m 5-10ish and 190 ishGoing to buy another lightweight aluminum stand and use this as my hike and stash stand.

This stand is great, it's my first climber even though I've been hunting for 15 plus years. First thing to note is it is heavy, but that's not an issue for the flat areas of the mid west. Secondly you feel secure in it. The base grips hard to the bark of a tree and quickly put into place. My 8 almost 9 year old son climbed up a tree in our yard with ease. I've always used either lock-ons or ladder style stands but this is going to replace the 4 I have sitting on the property and open up new trails for me to hunt.. I whole heartedly recommend this stand!!

Really heavy

I don’t think it’s that heavy,I am a big guy 280 pounds and I thought it was very comfortable easy to use and very sturdy that is why I bought the steel construction. I’m use to hunting mostly from ground or ladder stands so this was the first climber I owned but not the first I have tried.well worth the money.

First of all this thing is a lot heavier than my previous summit stands so don’t plan on hiking a long distance with it !! 2nd thing was the padding, it’s nothing like that in the picture, it maybe just enough to rest your arms on if that but very thin wall . 3rd it’s literally starting to rust and I just received it 2 days ago !!!! Seems like the quality has gone downhill than the previous models ! How long will it last , I’m not sure about of that maybe that’s why they come with a 1 year warranty now .The pro’s , the only one for me was it’s a Summit but after seeing what I’m seeing I’m not so sure about that anymore.

The stand is good. This review is for the Summit customer service department. The stand I ordered was shipped without a seat. I contacted the customer service department at Summit and they were very unhelpful. I called a few times and was always transferred to voicemail or hung-up on after explaining my problem. No calls were ever returned. I finally talked to an agent who did not believe that there was no seat in my box and asked me to send a receipt to prove it. I sent the receipt to the email address he provided and was completely ignored.I was tired of the poor treatment by Summit, so I contacted the seller of the stand. They were very helpful and sent me a seat quickly. They also said that Summit often forgets to put all the parts in the box and that they have had these issues before.In conclusion, the stand is a good product, but if parts are missing, Summit does not care and will not help you. If you want a good stand without a hassle, buy from another manufacturer.

It was shipped Fast!! Perfect timing for this new property I was given Permission to hunt on, I practiced going up and down after I set up on a tree outside my house. I went about 7ft up and down like 4-5 times it was pretty sweet. Very impressed since I did this right after a Snow storm and the tree was wet and it was windy like crazy. I am very happy with this stand, I used it and I was 18 ft up in 5 mins. I seen a 6 Point and a 4 Point 30 yards away but could not get them out of the brush. Its not to heavy and its easy to put together and pull apart after about 5 times lol, Overall its the safest tree stand I have ever been in. I would definitely recommend this stand to anyone who Hunts more than once a year.. the best part is you can hang it anywhere at anytime. The seat is comfortable and its really easy and noiseless to stand up and push the seat back with your calf. Its by far one of the quietest stands ever for a climber. Don't put your Money into a tree stand that may fail on you.. put into a summit that will not fail you.. Ask anyone who hunts Summit is by far the best Investment. The only thing I didn't like was that it did not come in Mossy Oak.. but thats my personal preference. So I called summit and asked them if they could send me the Mossy oak for the climber and I would send back the real tree and well sure enough they did for free :0) Not only is it the best Climber the best customer service to :0) Thank you summit!!
