Parent friendly too
This is a FANTASTIC game for a 4 year old! I thought maybe Operation (original) would be a little much... who knew they made all these other versions! My lil man really likes this game.... and I don't mind it either!

A Favourite for Pirate Loving Kids
I paid $20 for this game which I found a bit pricey, but my kids do like it and it has been played a lot. The game pieces are a little harder to get out than regular operation so just keep that in mind for toddlers. My two year old loves to play and we just adapted the game that she gets one free buzz for some pieces as they are a bit awkward even for me to get out. The game is a nice change from operation because you get to spin a wheel to see what treasure you will find and then collect gold coins when you get the treasure. It is a fun game for introducing little kids to board games and my two and four year old definitely like it. The graphics on it are good, the pieces are durable, and the spin wheel is decent quality for this type of game. I would buy it again.

Decent Game
I bought this for my 5 year old to work on his fine motor skills, however the first time we played he got all the pieces out without getting buzzed. He had fun, but it was too easy. Possibly with a younger child it would be better!
