Much nicer than I expected! When I picked this chair out I didn’t have high expectations because I have bought furniture off Amazon before and the quality was cheap but I was pleasantly surprised by this chair. The quality is more like a lazy boy chair and I can say this with confidence because I have a lazy boy chair with an ottoman that is the same size and the feel of this chair is just the same.The faux leather is very nicely made it looks almost like real distressed leather. The chair cushion is firm but not too firm. I can tell that as the chair gets broken in, the cushion will get more comfy over time. The width is perfect because the guys in my family are big and tall so it’s comfortable for them. The ottoman is nice and big as well. The chair looks and feels sturdy. The grommets are well placed and secure. The feet for both the chair and ottoman are great quality and large and chunky making the overall look more expensive. This chair really could have come straight from the lazy boy store. I’m very happy!Delivery was perfectly on time and they brought it right into my entryway for me. It was delivered on a pallet but they removed it from the pallet for me and even offered to take the wrapping off but I didn’t want to unwrap it until I had someone there to help me move it. It was nicely wrapped in cardboard and clear plastic wrap. The chair legs were attached to the chair by a tether hooked under the main cushion and nicely wrapped so they didn’t get scratched and they installed perfectly by screwing them into the bottom in minutes. The screws were solid and long and went in perfectly. The ottoman legs were also wrapped up nicely and stored INSIDE the ottoman. Took me a minute to find them because I had to unzip the bottom of the ottoman and they were cleverly hidden inside. They also went on super easy. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes to unwrap and screw in the legs and move to my living room. Super happy with this purchase!

I waited over a month to write this review to see how we liked the chairs. This is the first time that we have purchased real big furniture from amazon, it has always been small things. Since the product had great reviews from a quality and comfort point of view I figured it was worth a try. Each Chair and Ottoman came in one big box and it was really beat up when it came off the truck. Roundhill Furniture does a great job packing them to they can take a beating in shipping. The chairs are also high quality so nothing broke or was damaged. You have to take your time unpacking and stacking cardboard so it takes a little time to unpack and install the feet. There were no instructions and it took a few minutes for me to figure out the Ottoman feet were inside the Ottoman. You have to unzip the cover on the bottom to pull them out! Again, great chairs that are very comfortable and look great. The quality is comparable to a chair twice the cost at the local furniture store.

I love this set, the quality, the soft leather, it's comfortable and looks very elegant. It's exactly what I have been looking for. The only issue I had was the ottoman was missing one of the legs, I contacted customer service and they replaced it right away. I was skeptical about purchasing furniture online at first, but I am very satisfied with my set and would recommend it to anyone looking for good quality at a good price.

Love the pieces. Great value for the money. Unfortunately, the ottoman was delivered without the feet. No answer by phone. Followed instructions and submitted request by email. Got one response that was generic and said they will be in touch and that there would be extended delays. Items received a few days ahead of schedule but now going on 5 weeks. Will update once these are received.

My husband loves this chair and ottoman. We took the legs off the ottoman so he can lay straight on it with his legs propped up evenly with the chair. It looks manly, and he spends hours!!! on this chair with his laptop. And I love the fact that it is eco-pur certified!!! Love, love, love the fact that he can sit on this and me not worried about all the chemicals silently seeping around the house, no PBDEs, arsenic, and all the nasty stuff they put into sofas these days.

I was al little leery to buy a chair online. However, I am glad I did. his chair is everything I had hoped for and more. It is so very comfortable, it matches my love seat and couch and it looks just like the picture. I could have shopped for weeks and not found just what I was looking for as this chair is.

Solid built. I like the over size of it...cozy. The color and size is spot with the photos and descriptions.
