This works!!!! And works and works!!! Don’t do what I did at first! I skipped breakfast and had brunch and so I thought I will take 3 of these for breakfast and lunch! Well needless to say, I was cleaned out enough for a colonoscopy!!! So just start out with one!!! Then if that doesn’t work go to 2!

The item itself is great. I've been using it for years. Today, however, I was a little surprised to find that 1 of my bottles was not in the box it usually comes with. And there is a 2 year difference in expiration dates with them.

I've been taking these pills since over two weeks and decided to stop it. In the past I've been taking other probiotics and since I wanted to shed a few pounds (20-25lbs would be the goal) I decided to try this product and hopefully also speed up the process. Since taking them, as described on the bottle, I've been dealing with bloating, strong stomach cramps, nausea and constipation (even with using stool softener daily!!!) non stop! It didn't change anything about the weight, didn't make me feel energized but I feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable all the time. I'm watching what I eat, it's a healthy whole food diet (no junk food!), I exercise lightly every day (30min brisk walk early morning and floor exercise for 30 mins.) and I drink lots of water during the day, no pop!, my only "sin" is coffee with sugar and milk 2x day, regular cups. So nothing out of the ordinary. I never felt uncomfortable on my normal schedule with my usual habits. If you need extra energy, take some "Energy Now Ginseng" and take a regular good probiotic, I always took "Ultimate 10 complex" of the Vitamin shoppe and I will most certainly return to that routine. Just as a suggestion, in case that product did the same to you. I was so excited about that product, really wanted it to work, but it turned out horrible. Awful experience.
