Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Orthopedic Insoles

I was not expecting these insoles to reduce my plantar fasciitis pain as quickly as they did. They really did give immediate relief, and the pain did not return overnight as it normally does. I have a "standard" width foot and the insoles are a snug fit in my shoes and slippers, obviously raise my foot a little so I need to loosen the laces on my trainers, but they are comfortable and highly effective. I've just ordered additional pairs so I can leave them in shoes and slippers and not have to repeatedly move them during the day.

So comfy. They cured my plantar fasciatus within a day.

I suffer really badly in my left foot and my partner bought me these to try in my work boots. They do like a few others have said make it a tight fit in your foot wear so needing to loosen the laces and find where it's comfy is a must but they for me have been awesome. I'm going home after being at work all day and my foot isn't screaming at me in pain, my knee and my hip especially on my left side now like me and aren't trying to escape my body and my back has also felt the benefit I am buying more of these to use in other foot wear, I know it's not gona be a cure but to be able to work with such little pain especially at work has just been game changing for me. I wear a size 7 and the arch height for me is just right, I dont find it uncomfortable at all.

I purchased the iFitna Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Orthopedic Insoles after suffering from persistent heel pain and aching arches. After reading a few helpful reviews, I decided to give these a try instead of spending a fortune on custom-made orthotics. Here is my breakdown of the product to help anyone else on the fence: Size, Colour, and Weight: I ordered Size UK-6 (Length: 9.87"), and the fit is incredibly true to size. They slipped into my trainers perfectly without needing any messy trimming. The insoles come in a bright, vibrant Green colour, which looks quite sporty and makes them easy to spot if you are swapping them between pairs of shoes. In terms of weight, they are remarkably lightweight. Thanks to the dual-layer EVA foam and PU cushioning, they don't weigh down your shoes or make your feet feel heavy, which is a massive bonus for running or long days on your feet. Ease of Use: These are very easy to use, provided you follow one crucial rule: remove your shoe's original insoles first! If you try to stack these on top of your existing insoles, your shoes will feel much too tight and bulky. Once inserted correctly, they stay firmly in place thanks to the deep U-heel design. Do be aware that it typically takes about 3 days for your feet to get used to the firm arch support and the raised bump in the middle. At first, it might feel a bit like walking on a golf ball, but give it a few days—your feet will adjust, and the pain relief will follow. Value for Money: Based on my experience and echoing many previous helpful reviews, the value here is outstanding. For a fraction of the cost of podiatrist-prescribed orthotics, you get a durable, high-quality fabric insole that genuinely alleviates plantar fasciitis and flat feet discomfort. They hold their shape brilliantly over time and don't show signs of rapid wear and tear. Pros: Exceptional Pain Relief: Noticeable reduction in heel pain and plantar fasciitis symptoms almost immediately. Great Arch & Heel Support: The deep U-heel cup keeps your foot bone vertical and balanced, reducing friction. Breathable: The fabric really helps in wicking away sweat, keeping feet dry during long walks or sports. Excellent Value: Very affordable compared to custom options. Cons: Adjustment Period: The raised arch bump can feel quite obtrusive and slightly uncomfortable for the first few days of wear. Bulkiness: Depending on your shoe type (especially tight-fitting dress shoes), they can feel a bit bulky. Best used in trainers, work boots, or wider casual shoes. FAQ for Potential Buyers: Do I need to trim them? Usually no, if you buy your exact size they are ready to go. Can I put them in any shoe? They are best suited for shoes with removable insoles (like trainers or boots). They might make tight or shallow shoes too cramped. Will they cure my foot pain? While not a medical cure, they drastically reduce the daily shock and strain on the plantar fascia, which allows the inflammation to calm down. Overall, I highly recommend these if you are suffering from flat feet or heel pain. Just be patient for the first few days while your feet adapt to the new alignment, and you’ll likely find them as life-changing as I have!

Popped straight into my pair of Lacoste Leronds trainers as the insoles were removable. Even just the first step felt heavenly. Instant pressure taken off from my right arch and heel. Feel like my toes are splaying properly again. My only downside is that its a bit on the slim side so now that my toes splay, I can feel the edge of the insoles.

Makes dhoes far more comfortable snd prevents numbness.

Haven't worn them yet as they are too thick to put in any of my shoes/trainers make my feet sit too high, not enough room for my feet to move.

Gives your instep a lift so makes walking long distances more comfortable . Hardwearing .

Good

Belle allure. Confortable au quotidien.
