Item didn't fit my 1911 tried to make it fit and only ended up breaking it.. cheap plastic.. only if the plastic was a lot more rigid like a polymer it would probably work 10 times better.. now I'm out 15 bucks .. cause I broke it trying to make it fit ..DO NOT BUY..and I shouldn't even given it a star ..

Everything about this product works great. I knew when purchasing there may be a chance that the rail would not fit my 1911. My make wasn't listed in the fitment section and there weren't any reviews mentioning the Rock Island Armory 1911 and weither or not it would so..... Now we know. The flashlight and lazer do work great and fits everything else I have with rails so still an A+ for me.

Bought this for my 1911. A little rough too install But once installed , Fit Nice for what it was. laser site is cheap as hell worked about three times and Broke But no big deal like everybody else.I'm sure you have another Light or Laser site that you can install. Gave it three Stars five if laser Would have held up

I bought this to put on to a normal 5” barrel 1911. It did not fit the frame in the slightest despite being made well. Unfortunately didn’t get to use it. I offered it to a friend and it didn’t fit his 4.25” 1911 due to the same issues.Possibly making this with a more common trigger guard mold would fix this issue since it didn’t work on two different branded 1911’s

Not only did this take 2 months to show up despite being a prime order, when it did show up it's trash. It's made out of the cheapest plastic possible and I'm not even sure it'd take airsoft recoil. It also says it fits any size 1911 but it didn't fit mine and wasn't close.Also DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. The seller was rude, unhelpful and condescending while trying to figure out why it hadn't been shipped yet weeks later. I asked for a new one to be shipped overnight given the hassle as I needed this for an event and it was running out of time (by the time it did show up it was way past) the seller took multiple days to reply and then instead said they'd issued a refund. I never got that refund and instead this showed up unwanted nearly 2 months later. Honestly the worst service I've ever had on an online retailer. -5/10, do not buy

The mounting was a little tough, but it’s on there and it points slightly down but nothing you can’t adjust out in the laser. I actually put the flashlight on another gun of mine (a Springfield Armory XD 40) because it just seems like a little much having both the laser and the light on an already bigger gun, which is a colt 45 or combat commander.

Had to do some work on it to get it to fit. It reduces the trigger guard diameter so much I can no longer access the trigger. I have large hands. It also moves all over The light and laser are cheaply made. The light won’t fit the rail it came with or any other rails that I have. I normally read product reviews before I purchase anything, but for some reason I didn’t on this. It’s certainly not worth purchasing at any price (IMO)

All the reviews I read were mixed with most saying it didn't fit. Well it fit my girsan mc1911 perfectly. No modifications necessary. No gaps no forcing it to fit. Just 4 screws and 4 small nuts. Only took 5 minutes to install and made my 1911 look so awesome
