Required allen key not included
To tighten the handles a small Allen key is required which is not included and is not standard. The product is good otherwise.

Handle is terrible.
Handle comes loose at least once a month. Chipped my brand new tub because the handle fell off and it has a lot of weight to to it.

Did not come w tool and no tool fits special screw!
Was missing hex key- tried 2 different shapes and different sizes w no luck- my bath faucet is loose because of it. Still trying to find appropriate hex to tighten. No bueno!

Saying I returned it is unfair. The plumber was able to repair my leak without replacing the fixtures so I returned them unopened.

Looks so good!
Switched out our chrome bathtub fixtures to these Moen Matte Black ones and they look SO good!This shower head does not come included, I bought that separately. Switching all this out was pretty easy (also because original one was Moen too), not sure if it would be more difficult being a different brand, such as Koehler to Moen. This set is a true Matte black color and very durable.
