If you choose size 4 you will receive an item with British tag size 8.")Now, on to how it fit me. :)I am 5'5", 34C and on average 140 lbs (currently 24 weeks pregnant and 155 lbs). I normally wear a size 8/10/medium, but after digging through reviews I decided to order a size up and I am glad I did. If I stretch the shirt all the way down, it hits below my bottom. However, the band is tight enough to prevent it from hanging all weird and unflattering, and sits comfortably around my hips/bottom. There is plenty of room to accommodate my growing bump, and I'm positive when I'm back to my pre-pregnancy size this shirt will fit like it does on the model. If necessary, and if I'm feeling brave, perhaps I'll dry it once and see if it shrinks up any.Now as to why I'm glad I ordered a size up. The arm holes are small. If I went with a size 10, I fear they might come close to digging into my arm. Whereas with the 12, they hug my arm but not tightly. I can easily put several fingers in the sleeve and comfortably move them around/scratch my shoulder. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5.Overall I'm happy & the sizing is as expected in my opinion. It's a tunic - it's supposed to fit big. I ordered two more colors immediately after trying on the charcoal one. If I had to guess, a lot of the negative reviews on fit/sizing is the customer missed the disclaimer on US/UK sizing adjustment.

I like the shirts, have ordered 7 over the last two years. After 5 pregnancies it hides my tummy well and make me less self conscious. The length covers my rear and is mostly true to size. When freshly washed the band at the bottom stays snug but by the end of the day is loose and make me look like I'm wearing a too short dress, wish the band had elastic. They fit pretty well but I have 3 complaints about the shirt. The sleeves are very short and a bit tight after washing, then they stretch throuoght the day showing underarm and flab.I prefer to hide my arms a bit more and that frustrates me, but I love this under a Jean jacket. Some of my shirts have seems down the back, and some dont, I hate seems down my spine. After several washes they start pulling and looking worn. I still like the shirt and it shows some cleavage but not too much. I would pay an extra $10 per shirt if the quality improved considerably but with the cost including shipping at what it currently is for only fair quality I dont k ow that I'll buy more

I like it. Though I prefer cotton, this shirt is comfortable. I'm hesitant to machine wash it, though, and have thus been hand-washing this shirt/dress. It hasn't pilled or fallen apart. I also haven't noticed anything off about the stitching. I feel it fits a bit large/long, but the style is forgiving so I don't need to exchange sizes. I normally wear a xs/s, size 2, and have a 30/32 chest. Since no US size 2 was available I ordered this in the US4/UK8. It was OK in the chest (though a smaller size would work), but pretty long on me. However, I'm barely 5 ft tall, so it wouldn't be an issue for a taller person. I wear this with leggings and just pull up the banded portion so it fits just under my tush like I prefer. It does slip down after a while, but that's not a deal breaker for me. I ordered the khaki color and it was true to the picture. I wish this came in a smaller size, but I will still probably order another color.

At first I was skeptical about this shirt, since it is banded on the bottom. I have a very small waist, with an hourglass figure. Normally, shirts that are banded at the bottom do not work for me - they make me look larger than I actually am. On a whim I decided to try this shirt, because it was Prime therefore the returns if it didn't work out were easy. Boy was I glad that I decided to try this shirt! I absolutely love it! It appears as if its banded and will look baggy in the waist - however it does not at all. It is form fitting, but not tooooo tight, it's perfect. It shows off my tiny waist, and is long enough for my liking but not too long. I absolutely love this shirt and am so thankful I decided to try it out. I will be ordering many more in different colors! Thank you Krisp! You made me so happy!

Just for perspective, I'm 5'4", weigh approximately 145 (fluctuates more than I like, but c'est la vie), and typically wear a size 10 or Medium. I ordered the size 10 here, but was still somewhat unsure of what to expect based on other reviews. Although the neckline can fall low while wearing, I was very satisfied with the length and fit. The bottom fell somewhat below my bottom, which is perfect for leggings, and the shape was good for putting a belt on without having the fabric bunch up in weird ways around my waist. The cerise is a pretty, girlie color that looks good with an otherwise all-black outfit. Because I was traveling the first time wearing it I didn't accessorize, but an advantage to the deeper neckline is that you can layer necklaces to achieve any type of style - edgy, girlie, classic... It also arrived when expected, and was wrapped in tissue with a ribbon, which was a very nice touch! Bottom line is this: This tunic is a great find, and I plan on purchasing more.

Perfect shirt! I’m a little overweight these days, and I struggle to find something that hides my mom pooch and can accommodate my large chest/chubby upper arms. This shirt literally fits perfectly. I’m 5’4”, 200lbs. I’m a 40DD chest and I have a long torso, even for being short. I ordered a size large, because I didn’t want the shirt to be too baggy. XL would fit great too. This shirt fits just right everywhere and compliments my figure. It’s long enough to wear with leggings, or you can pull the band up to rest on your hips for a flowing fit. It’s also soft and well made. Just order it already

This shirt is super comfy, soft, and light weight. Great for summer!I got navy blue, which isn't see through. Lower cut neck. Fabric drapes nicely over the chest and hides your belly. So if you're belly is what bothers you, but your chest sticks out further than your belly does, this shirt will hide it!I have already ordered two more in different colors!
