Baked in a bread maker. Was lovely 😍

This is one of the better ones of the range. Lovely and substantial to go with soup. good tummy filler with robust flavour. Will be adding sultanas, cinnamon and possibly dates next time to try as a tea loaf and a sweet version.

Excellent flavour and texture
I make this to a dough and shape into a bloomer lasts about a day in our house. Brilliant mix at a very reasonable price.
