Everything they said is true, these work.
Bought the Protalus T100 with trepidation, as I have picky feet, and have tried so many other insoles. These actually work. I did do a break-in period, wore them for a couple hours in my shoes a couple days to get used to them before wearing them for a 10 hour shift. They were true to size, no trimming needed, and felt odd at first, but quickly got used to them. I work 40-50 hours a week on concrete floors in a warehouse, logging 8-9 miles a day. So far these insoles are doing well. My feet don't hurt, no hot spots, no achy knees. If they last they'll be worth the money. Will update at a later date.*update. Well, they lasted 3 months,and about 500 miles. Not bad, but for the price. My shoes cost less than the insoles, lol. But 3 months of pain free feet while pounding the concrete all day is a good deal.

Comfortable addition to my shoes
My feet are always happier when I am wearing my Protalus inserts!!! I have 3 different kinds to fit my various styles of shoes. I like the fact that I can occasionally wash them! They last a long time!
