Smudges after a few hours for combination to oily skin types

I needed a majorly cheap eyeliner on a bad money week. This one is okay. Works much better than Wet and Wild pencils for about the same price point. It goes on dark, but makes my eyes look kind of tired. Not sure what it is about this eyeliner that does that. By midday it sort of melts down my outer corners and into the inside of my eye, giving me black eye boogers. If you have the money, I say try something else. If you don't, this will do just make sure you keep checking it.
