Has anyone found these to be good for barefoot running? One of the images does have a guy running...

I would personally prefer more cushioning if I was running in these but that's my preference. I don't run barefoot unless on beaches at which point I would not wear any shoes.

No,they are more for the beach and water shoes,not enough support for running but excellent for keeping on whilst swimming.

Can these be used for water rafting?

Very versatile. I've worn these travelling, walking, swimming, snorkelling, hiking waterfalls, kayaking, white water rafting. They have been great.
