These resistors are actually 5% resistors and you don't even have to measure them with a DMM to see that, the sheet of paper with the resistor values on it shows the standard 5% values.Just to make sure, I popped out a few of the resistors out and measured them with my DMM and I was getting values that were around 5% or less. This might be acceptable for some people but as somebody who builds equipment that relies on the 1% values, this kit is useless. They need to mark this as 5% or actually provide a 1% kit. You're better off paying more and buying from mouser or digikey if you want 1% values.
