Cellet 5000mAh External Battery Charger Case Compatible with Samsung Galaxy S10E

I was very disappointed when I received my new phone case and very unhappy when I noticed that the case was already not charged upon at receiving it, but what made me even more frustrated was that after I had fully charged it and hooked up my phone on it to be charge it only less less than 10 minutes before the case died again, I have reach out to the costumer services and bring this matter to their attention and never received any positive answer from them.I'm very upset over this and I'll never order from them again.

Seems like a solid design but:1) There aren't any pushable buttons to test the battery like the last one I bought for my Galaxy S8+.2) There is NO hole to remove the S pen, which I may add (and I hope Im not the only one) is the most important feature on my Galaxy Note 5.3) The corners are not protected enough and a fall or drop could be game over ..

Does a good job at protecting the phone. But it stopped holding a charge after a week. Now it is just a strong phone case that I have to take off my phone when I charge my phone.

Seems like a solid product. Does what it says it does...keep your phone from dying. Seems well built, the kick stand seems a little flimsy, but will update with further use to report any shortcomings. As of now, I'm mighty happy with the productProduct update : the stand broke, charger gets hot when charging phone.

The external battery made the phone heavy and hard to use. In addition, mine was faulty where after a half hour, the charging would stop on its own without even touching it (even though it still had battery). It's also quite hard to pry off.

Does not protect the phone. Leaves the phone vulnerable to wear and tear.

That was a good investment of my money. Both batteries, the built-in one and the one built into the case give me 48 hours of heavy usage of data in the firm of video, audio & social media. What else can I ask for. Remember to follow the sellers' instructions by draining the battery twice and charging it fully before going to the regular every day use. I doubled that by doing it 4 times.

The box stated that it was for a Note5 but there is no orifice for the Note 5 pen.
