Do you need uv light? Doe is not work without us light or is sunlight good enough?

I did not try a UV light, but sunlight does not work. it didn't glow in the dark for me.

Will this kit work to dye polyester?

Polyester is hard to dye or bleach bc its basically "plastic" fabric. The higher cotton count, the brighter it will be. Its also helpful to wash the garment in soda ash before dying it and apply the dye while still wet.
