I get these ornaments for my sister every year and she loves them. The ornament itself is fine, but I am disappointed that the box was damaged in shipping. These are collector's items and they should arrive in undamaged boxes.

I ordered this Hallmark PUPPY/DOG ornament as I have been collecting the whole set since the beginning...for decades now. This ornament WAS brand new. However, when it finally reached me, the packaging was beyond subpar. Absolutely NO packing or cushioning whatsoever. None. The box looked like it has been thru a war zone. It looks like it got stepped on!! It's beyond salvageable. It's ripped and torn. But in order for a Hallmark ornament to be a COLLECTIBLE, it needs to have and be in its box. That's very much NE ER gonna happen NOW!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SELLER EVER AGAIN!

I was trying to find the perfect gift for my boss for Christmas. Him and his wife had to just recently put their dog down and they were having a hard time because he was just like one of their children. This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and she cherishes it. It's a beautiful way to commemorate her lost pet. She lost him shortly after Christmas but is ready to think about him again. This is the perfect gift for any pet owner who has lost their best friend. It looks delicate but is quite sturdy.

Ornament is a collectible. Need box in mint condition. Box definitely wasn’t. Really surprised ornament was ok. Will never buy from again. Would really like a new box from seller.

I have given the Puppy Love ornament to my daughter every years of life. She has the entire collection. This is one of the cutest in the collection.

Love them I had to order two more there perfect for the Christmas tree. Wish the hook was bigger but I put some pretty Christmas ribbon on. Love these there a must for a dog owner who has lost a dog.

Hallmark isn't what it used to be but what is? Does anyone take pride in the goods they manufacture anymore? (Just a rant) . Delighted received on time

who ever described this as an assie needs to attend a dog show and see what an assie looks like. this is 100% a bernese mountain dog.
