I will say I bought this to use it for my kid to watch stuff on but I still end up using it when I need to take a quick note and for an older phone it still holds up well. it is still pretty responsive and the camera is still ok on it as well!

Great phone, bought it for my wife, and she is still using it today..

The problem with the phone fixed itself when I bought a case for it. Value for the cost.

I ordered this refurbished iPhone, for my mother. It arrived, it was charged, a Sim card was placed in it. However the volume did not properly work on this phone. The ear speaker was just barely audible. The volume was so low you could barely hear it in a quiet environment. We tried everything to turn the volume up, and nothing worked. I suspect that the speaker and earpiece had water damage and that's why the phone was in the used market. Cellmigo claims to screen all their phones 100% prior to selling. This is total malarkey they didn't check this phone. So I initiated a return. I printed out the label and I purchased a bubble padded envelope to return this item. Celmigo got the phone back, but they claimed that one of the corners of the phone had a crack in the glass. They then returned the phone to me and processed a $0 refund no, the phone was $212 with tax. Packing it in a bubble wrap envelope to return it wasn't the smartest way to pack it. It may very well have gotten one of the corners broken in the shipping process. It wasn't broken when I packed it. However, a refurbished phone that retails for $200 is not something that a seller would invest money in repairing. The entire phone is glued together. It's a big deal getting it apart. The speaker that you listen to when you talk on the phone is an internal speaker and cost about $100 to have replaced. It's doubtful that Cellmingo even has that much money wrapped up in the phone that they're selling for $200. If they had gotten the phone back with no crack in the screen, they would've just thrown it in the trash. Once they discovered that the speaker is not working properly, it wouldn't be worth fixing on a refurbished phone of this age. Instead of admitting this, and issuing a refund, they decided to sidestep the issue. Ignore the original problem of why it was being sent back and just focus on the fact that there was a crack in the corner of the screen, which is completely irrelevant. If this was a $1500 iPhone it would be very relevant because it would be worth fixing that phone. How long for a galaxy note 9 in mint condition nearest is only worth $200. I'm very disappointed in the seller for not issuing a refund. I'm in the process of getting a refund through Amazon with her A-Z guarantee. I'm just appointed that they're not able to force the seller to give a refund. However, A-Z guarantee claims against a seller, do impact their relationship with Amazon. Do yourself a favor don't buy anything refurbished from this outfit.

The item is good. Very handy and good for note taking. The battery gets hot at times last for some hours but you know batteries drain quickly when you use it alot. I ordered a new battery but yet to get it installed.on a whole the phone is ok and hope to upgrade soon.

I bought it when my samsung s8 plus went dead suddenly.I didnt want to spend more on phone but ad was already useing high end phone from samsung it was difficult for me to use a midrange phone with compromised quality.Then I saw on youtube its better to go for a old flagship model rather than buying current mid range.I searched and got this samsung note 9 option on amazon.you tube vloggers highly recommended this buying it from here. I was not sure but wanted to risk it as the price was low and there was 90 day return policy.its 1 and half month since i bought samsung note 9 (unlocked) phone.Its running super smoothly .The condition of phone wasnt bad atall.The stylus pen working excellent.Camera is awesome.Guys overall i am very satisfied.The only thing which is a little disappointing is that the protective tampered glass coverings that are available for this phone is awful .Their touch sensitivity is so bad literally you have to struggle to type a message.I just ripped it off from my phone and now its all good.

It works great, but they say the battery is 80% and I don't agree. My existing note 9 which is over 7 years old now easily passes the battery diagnostic test but this replacement note 9 says the battery is weak when I run the diagnostic. My original note 9's battery would last over 7 days if I didn't really use it. This one only lasts for just over 3. For that reason only, I give it 3 stars instead of 5 because it will likely cost over $100 to replace it later and it will no longer maintain its original watertight rating. Nearly everything else was excellent. The screen and aluminum case looked nearly perfect except for scratching at the USB port (indicative of lots of charges) and the pen was well used with a blunted pointer. I am still pretty happy with it overall since it was over 900 less than I paid for my original one new...

A 20 días de uso la batería pareciera que tiene el 100% de vida útil, rinde todo el día, pantalla, audio, estética, rendimiento, cámaras, todo muy excelente, pero no me llegó liberado, tuve que hacer otro gasto para ese servicio y fuera 100% funcional, muy buena compra

Excelente. Estoy muy contento con el dispositivo. Estética de 9.8 y funcionalidad de 10. Muy a gusto con la compra, llevo con el 20 días y todo muy bien. En lo personal lo recomiendo. Muchas gracias.

Me arriesgué a adquirir el equipo con los comentarios negativos y positivos. En mi caso se escucha muy bien las llamadas. Pero.... Tiene ligera pantalla fantasma en la parte inferior. Y lo peor es que a pesar de no estar conectado a nada, indica que esta cargando un dispositivo externo. Estéticamente esta en condiciones excelentes. Actualización 27/08/2021. La batería se infló, se esta despegando la tapa trasera.

Funciona muy bien y pasar los datos, apps de mi cel anterior fue muy fácil
