Had been taking calcium mag and zinc but started having bone spurs so taking this only. Really helps me sleep

I have been taking these supplements for about 2 years now. They are part of my daily regimen. Reason being, when I first started talking vitamins and supplements one of the litmus tests for either a vitamin or supplement was this: (recommend to me by a friend/co-worker): "Does It Make You Feel Good?" The answer: Yes! This product makes me feel good... and as a result, I have purchased this item many times over. Love the small kind of pill and the coating that makes it so easy to swallow

My Endo doctor recommended that I needed to take magnesium which is fine but I don’t know if everybody else noticed the pills that you get from the pharmacy they’re horse pills literally and I wanted some thing that I’ll be able to take. Is it easily not struggle going down my throat so once I walked into the doctors office and I had mentioned knees and she goes I actually approve of these number one because it has everything it’s a complex magnesium everything complete in it I started to drink it once a day, which is basically a night that’s when I need it because of the leg cramps in the water attention that I was in taking but Loosing Weight actually helped me a lot but I don’t take them once a day now I take them twice a day or when I need them basically but I never go outside the box and feel myself. I am brave enough to stop drinking them kids at the moment that I stop drinking them. All of my leg issues and leg cramps. They will come back instantly. Someone say it’s all mental but no it’s not because a I am freaking diabetic so no it’s not mental.

Seems to work

I love the Triple Magnesium Complex 300 Mg, and I have been using it for years. But at least twice, I received a bottle with inedible pills - with a nasty, soured taste to the entire contents, and I found them repulsive. I tried to find a way to contact the company before writing this review, but there was no contact info. I really love the product, and from now on I will return bad bottles. But it would be great to understand why this happens in general.
