Delivery damage
Hi I received my playmobil set yesterday but I'm not very happy with it lt wasnt in a outer box, so the actual box is damaged and open the one side and its for a Christmas gift for my grandson. It looks second hand, I would return it if l didn't have to pay the postage 😡😡

Disappointed
Arrived unboxed and damaged. This was a gift for my grandson and it already looks used by the damage to the box. Delivery stickers also stuck on the outside which have torn the pictures when we’ve removed them. Won’t be using this company again and do not recommend them.

Really happy with this product
Really pleased with this product. I read the reviews and some had been damaged in transit but mine came in a cardboard box and was fine. All wrapped up ready for Xmas!

Bought as a birthday present for grandson, and he really loved it. Not difficult to assemble and soon it was being used
