Has anyone tried this with sheets on a mattress rhat the head/feet move up and down?

I'm lying on one of those beds as I type this. The problem for me was always that as the head of the bed rises, the corners of the sheet would come completely loose and the bed would "unmake" itself. Ugh I bought a set of these bed sheet straps and I'm in love. What a relief to not have everything bunched up under me or getting smacked in the face/head with the sheet as it snaps off the corner. Get a set. They're amazing. ;)

Can i use this product to keep my mattress from moving

This is not strong enough to keep a mattress from moving but does great at holding sheets down.

Would this secure a queen size sheet on a double bed?

I would think so. You can adjust how you attach it for the size of your sheets.
