Small, nimble and sharp
I love these for the price. Japanese quality and build. Made of steel so it is stiffer and feels more substantial than the plastic ones out there.

BEST detail knife I've ever used!
I got into some lightweight notebook making and bookbinding, and needed a little better knife than the cheap plastic snap-off-blade knife or single edge blade utility knife... I did more research than it probably warranted and finally just ordered this one. This is hands-down, the BEST "accurate detail" knife I've ever used! I use the "extra sharp" blades, and they are DEFINITELY "extra sharp", and cut paper neatly and cleanly... and when they're dull, you just snap a section off, and it's good as new again! Yes, they SEEM expensive (especially the blades), but, if you need to be cutting a lot of pages, and get VERY accurate lines, with no tearing, no going cattywampus because the blade curved, etc - this is your "A-Grade" tool. I bought a second one (for standard blades) after I got this one... and more blades. I don't regret the negligable cost addition. If I need to break down boxes, I have lots of cheap single-edge razor blade utility knives. When I need to cut something that MATTERS, I go into my tool drawer and pull this out.

Why didn't I buy this sooner?
IF you do any type of vinyl wrapping or PFF this is the knife you want. For whatever reason I kept using the cheapo disposable knives and although they work it always seemed to struggle when cutting certain things or at angles. After reading so many people on forums indicate that this was the knife to get for that stuff I bought it. Then after using it for the first time I wondered why I took so long to get it....lol The blades are extremely sharp, it cuts through vinyl wrap and PPF very effortlessly. The replacement blades are super easy to change and are of the same quality as the original that came with this one. I'm not replacing all my cheapo disposable knives for a couple more of these. They are totally worth it. It also does not feel cheap when you are holding this. It's very comfortable in your hands.

Excellent. But Slide Lock Button is Plastic, Not metal.
When I was shopping for this knife, I ended up choosing this one over the Olfa because I wrongly assumed the entire knife was metal including the slide lock button. I was disappointed to find the button is just chromed plastic. So that's something to know if that was factored into your decision as it was mine. However, despite this, the knife is excellent. Well worth the money. I can't imagine the Olfa is any better. It's very sturdy, blade is held tightly, no slop to hinder accuracy. Very light and small in the hand. Feels delicate and precise. The knife is made in Japan, and like most Japanese made products, it's quality is exceptional. I can offer insight on another NT Cutter knife as I bought this one and the A-1000RP Cartridge knife.. If you're like me and you're considering this one and A-1000RP... It depends on your use. I hands down prefer the A-1000RP as it's just an extremely good knife and feels great in hand. However this one, due to how light and small it is in the hand, would excell where precision is needed. I bought it to take the place of Xacto type knives, and that was a great choice.

I use this every day
This is an excellent little snap knife. It excels at light work like slicing, and scribing layout lines. the metal construction is very solid, I have been using mine for about two years and I have no complaints. There are some tasks where you will want a heavier blade but this one is perfect for precise and quick work.

Good quality knife for the price
I usually keep this knife designated for window tint as it’s skinny and easy to get into corners very high-quality.

Buy the right one
This knife is good but is not the one typically used for car window tint. The holder is the same but the steep angled blade was useless for me. Had to buy a set of the proper angled blades separately. My own fault for not reading carefully.

Well worth the low cost of one (1) penny
I first saw this model in person when I purchased a cartridge type NT cutter pro from Amazon Warehouse and in the A-1000RP packaging was a used one of these. I promptly returned that item for credit as this is not worth the higher cost I paid for a different product. But I did like this ones one advantage, size. So, my true favorite multi use NT cutter is the Aluminum Die-Cast Grip Multi-Blade Cartridge Knife (A-1000RP). Which holds five (5) blades cartridge style, auto loading one after another as they are used up. However, while it is super handy, fast, efficient, sturdy, and very functional. It is somewhat bulky. This is the opposite. It only holds one (1) blade, but that can be quickly reversed as needed for RH / LH, Up / Down cutting. Made of stainless steel, and most importantly is extremely thin with a taper to the cutting end barely thicker than the blade it holds. Super handy for ultimate precision, but not comfortable for long term use. Had it on watch list and as soon as I had $7.61 in rewards bucks, I made this purchase. Total cost after tax was $0.01. One (1) U.S. Penny!

Sehr präzise verarbeitet, Klinge sitzt nahezu spielfrei
