Easy to install, does what it should do. Easy to use, digital display could be better.

Bought this to replace a standard 13Amp fused / switched spur with this... like everyone else I had the short patress screw issue, but had some longer ones to hand, so no problem there. Programming was OK, but very clumsy to do.Functionally it works, but, when I checked back in to the device to adjust the programming, I noticed that the unit was melting.Very worrying that it was breaking down for some reason or another, but at no time did the fuse blow.I have removed it and am planning to return but feel I need to review anyway - as it was just good luck on my side that I noticed it. Others may not be so lucky.It could be dangerous.

Easy to install (other than the usual complaint about short fixing screws). Instructions don't make clear that the large ON/OFF switch on the front panel must be ON, otherwise the programme has no effect (sounds obvious with hindsight but not mentioned in instructions).Works well, but the ability to override the programme is fiddly - you use the Mode button to change the status, but the display of the current status is very small and difficult to see, and it requires multiple button presses to cycle through to the required state.But other than this - it's what I was looking for and does what's required.

Installed by an electrician to control immersion heater. Worked fine for a year or so, display a bit fiddly as others have said but once programmed did the job. Now 14 months in it fails to turn the supply on, main switch on, fuse checked, it even clicks when you change to 'always on' mode but just no switching the output feed on. Shame, otherwise the unit appears perfect and the display still works, programs still available, just will not switch device on. Gone back to simple switch and remembering to turn it on/off. Sigh.

Straight forward to install with a good range of timer option’sHowever the Dow sis that the information screen is very small and almost impossible to read without perfect vision or a magnifying lens,

The use is for an electric towel rail I am sure when fixed will work as programmed

Very difficult to set up. No backlight, very small text, not intuitive, instructions difficult to follow.Lasted less than a month after install. Not working.
