I am very fascinated with Astral Projection, this book provided me a great deal and deeper knowledge on this kind of phenomena. It actually happened to me several times already which made me eager to know more about it. this book explains how it happens, what causes it to happen even historical facts of astral projection. Glad I got this book. I learned a lot! it also shares proven techniques on how to safely do astral projection by yourself and how not to be afraid. FAQ are also provided for easier access to most common questions about astral projection. great book overall!

I recommend this to people who is into the paranormal things; people who has the courage to face the unknown; and people who want to go out of their comfort zones. This book discusses what astral projection is: its general schools of thought, different types, dimensions of astral plane, tips and techniques. There are many unfamiliar terms and Longley’s explanations are very easy to grasp and understand. His guide is simple and very doable especially in learning astral travel through dreaming. But yes, it will require some effort and discipline to get the best results. I liked that he discussed the fear in astral projection because naturally, there is fear of the unknown. All in all, it’s a good read. Also, reading books on meditations, laws of attraction and manifestations, and other related books is highly recommended.

One of the subjects that modern and old science does not have any proof of is astral projection. In 2013 I had suffered a severe accident which led to one entire month of hospitalization. Actually I shouldn’t even be alive right now, but during the 10 hours of being dead, I had what’s called an outer body experience. This is also known as astral projection since the spirit left the body. Not quite sure where my spirit had travelled to, but after reading this book… it seems that I went somewhere between the physical and spiritual realm. This short read is highly recommended for anyone into this subject, or would like to experience astral travel directly.

I don't know. Something sits wrong with me. First the title. "Ultimate" gets my dander up, the same as "complete" does, but not to the same degree. Good on the promotional side, I suppose, but it smacks of arrogance. As for the material? This is the only book I can recall where you have to remove all metal from your body, yet he doesn't explain why. A minor oversight, perhaps, but no one in astral research can be considered a qualified expert whose decrees are not questioned by the novices.
