Modern Movement Edge Board Extension Trainer (Discontinued)

I actually ordered this on accident while browsing rollers and tried to cancel my order but it was too late. I have been looking for something to replace my very expensive gym addiction to a place that makes your body move very similar to this (megaformer/solidcore) and wow this did not disappoint for a fraction of the cost it was working the same muscles in no time

I find this to be a great addition to my exercise routine although definitely for more fit people. I have worked for many years but have suffered from medical issues over the past few years which have greatly reduced my fitness level and strength. I have been adding modified versions of the exercises to my routine and really like the versatility of the Modern Movement board. Because I have a torn labrum in my hip I have issues with stability but I use either a chair or pole to help maintain balance. I look forward to getting stronger so I can do some of the advanced movements. The board is sturdy and well made and offers many different ways to use it to work all muscle groups.

I love this piece of equipment! It is easy, and might I say FUN, to use. At first it didn't feel like I was getting a workout, but the next day my abs were so sore! Definitley get a nice quick workout by uing this.

The board is very well made, works great on my hardwood floor and leaves no marks. Rolls very smooth. Easier to use than ab wheel and just as effective plus can change hand positions to spice it up. Love the different moves that can be done as well.

I use this for my standing desk at work, and it's alright, but it'd be a bit more "fun" if it were a tad more unstable. If you want to use it for what it's actually for, it does come with a nice set of exercises
