Hiseeu 5MP Security Camera Outdoor Wireless,Compatible NVR System

This is an excellent camera, extremely easy to set up with printed instructions, and the chat help also very good when I needed to add a second user.I'm using it with SD card and even a 32 Gb card saves a huge amount of video. The PTZ works flawlessly. The picture quality is excellent.I also have a Foscam camera and this is much better for less cost.I highly recommend this model.

These cctv cameras work really well and are well worth the money I paid. 360 degrees wide span and 500 yards length stretch. Good quality recording.

The back story is that I Have had the Hiseeu 8 channel camera system for over 2 years now. The system came with 4 3MP cameras, and I have expanded it with 2 extra Bullet cameras, and a PTZ camera too. They are absolutely great. One of cameras I had bought I never used (until we got a puppy last week). I decided to add the 7th camera to the system as an indoor "Puppy Cam" for when the pup is sleeping in the kitchen at night. Unfortunately the camera did not work correctly. I emailed [email protected] and after he gave me a couple of things to try, he promptly arranged a replacement camera without issue and only needed my original order number for the camera when purchased.This seems like "normal" good customer service, however although the camera had never been used, the warranty had in fact ran out a year ago! This was not an issue to them, and although I mentioned the warranty status on my initial email, they never once tried to refuse support by saying it was out of warranty. In fact, I was only emailing them for assistance to see if there was something that I could do such as re-flashing the firmware etc., but they immediately offered to send me a new one as soon as they identified it was not working by the troubleshooting steps we went through. The entire email exchange was only about 4 emails back and forth, and at every point, they were courteous and helpful.I'm sure "Jason" is a bit like James Bond, different people assuming the name for simplicity, but their manner and support are EXCEPTIONAL.I have no affiliation with Hiseeu, nor do I get anything in return for this review, but I had to leave this review, as I have never experienced such fantastic customer relations or support at this level before.I can only say BRAVO to Hiseeu and their customer service team, they are truly an example that all others would do well to try to replicate. Don't mean to "gush", but credit where credit is due. They will always have my future business. This is my own personal experience I am basing this review on.

I already had 4 other cameras from another supplier that I have connected to a laptop running as a dvr. I wanted to try this make with a view to buying the full system as the cameras I have are starting to fail. Setting the camera up is easy enough using the app on your phone, connecting it to your WiFi. If that's what you want to do then that's great. Having spent many days taking to 'Jason' at Hiseeu it did expose some limitations. The software on their Web site for PC has a few bugs in so you get directed by Jason to download a different package from elsewhere. It's not the most intuitive software but I eventually got it to work to some degree. These cameras seem geared towards the phone or the complete solution with dvr linked to a monitor. I have got it connected to my dvr using onvif, which highlighted another limitation. You cant change the ip address of the camera. So if you rely on dhcp with a short lease the ip of the camera could change after power loss causing anything that relys on a static ip to fail. How it picks up an ip address if you don't have dhcp enabled I don't know. The other issue is that you can't connect to the camera by Web browser to change configuration. The phone app has some settings you can change but you will always have the on screen display of the camera enabled - date time and IPCAM in the top left. All the other cameras I've had allow a Web interface for configuration. Not sure why this one doesn't - I was told this quite clearly by Jason. I know this could easily be fixed with a firmware update but at this time the camera isnt fully there in my view. The 3mp image is very good, the phone app seems to work well over 4g. So a good camera, would be great as part of their complete systems but not very configurable. Despite being told you can't change the ip address I did find a piece of software on their site that does allow you to change it - but it is a bit of trial and error though till it works. I know by only giving 4 stars I am forgoing my 'present' from the supplier, but i think it needs that final tweak to make it a 5 star product - besides it's only a 32gb memory card your sent for a 5 star review.

I recently purchased 4 way cctv with 12.5 inch moniter 3 tb hardrive. Which is being reviewed by my girlfriend. So I bought another camera not realising you get a free camera after reviewing a five star rating cctv setup. which I'm chuffed about. The more cameras the better .As I currently work in the security industry iv learnt not to trust any one at all.so I'm very happy with this camera and will decently will using you again.

Purchased to replace another HiSeeu camera that was 3 years old as for some reason stopped recording.Better picture quality and better night vision.EDIT....Stopped working after 15months,no wifi signal and other camera is further away from router and still works.The reason for only now getting 3 stars rather than 5 originally,now having to purchase another one....not happy!

Overall, very happy with the purchase. When fitted it takes time to get used to the notifications regarding cars and people walking near to the capture zone. You may have to readjust. The unit is neat and well presented and the voice prompts assist with set up which was appreciated.

Quick delivery, securely packaged, robust, easy to pair with NVR and install, microphone works well, although there's WiFi time lag, does the job well.Motion detection is excellent.

Secondo acquisto dallo stesso venditore, fatto separatamente dopo essermi trovato bene con il primo. Prodotto conforme alla descrizione, arrivato integro e ben protetto. Installazione rapida e app/software funzionanti senza problemi. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo: fa esattamente quello che promette, senza sorprese. Assistenza del venditore puntuale e cortese. La riacquisterei.

Esta nueva Hiseeu 4K de 8MP mantiene el listón altísimo: se ve con una nitidez impresionante, la calidad de construcción se nota robusta y son aparatos súper duraderos que aguantan perfectamente el día a día. Sin duda, confío plenamente en ellos para la seguridad del hogar. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Acquistata insieme a un'altra fotocamera dello stesso venditore. Imballo curato e spedizione più rapida del previsto. La qualità costruttiva è buona, i materiali sono solidi e la configurazione iniziale è stata semplice: in pochi minuti era già operativa. Le immagini sono nitide e la resa di giorno è ottima; anche in condizioni di luce scarsa il risultato è più che soddisfacente per l'uso che ne faccio. Venditore disponibile e corretto nelle comunicazioni. Consigliata.
