Pump failed on wednesday night. -8 here in the hills. I ordered this that night and it arrived friday morning for an extra fiver. Well packaged as a priority delivery. Straight swap for cbs60. 5 minutes of amateur diy and job done. Fired straight up. Should have sone this ages ago, radiators hotter and heated much quicker. Well worth the money. Looks and feels like a quality item. Wife happy as she is warm, so i am happy.

Central heating fixed and working again
My central heating packed in last week and the problem was that my old Grundfos 15- 50/60 circulating pump had developed an electrical fault probably due to moisture penetration in the electrics as it was over 25 years old and was causing the fuse to trip whenever you turned the heating on.I ordered this pump as it was a lot cheaper than the namesake one would have been , they are over £200 and this was only £79 and the description stated that the pump was a direct replacement for my old one which was correct, the pump also looks identical to the previous one you would never tell it was a cheaper one.Within an hour or so I had replaced the pump and the gate valves which had both seized up so it was necessary to drain the system first before installing the new pump + valves. Very easy to fit just simply don’t overtighten the pump nuts as the rubber washer does the sealing for you and it doesn’t need to be mega tight or it might leak.Heating back up and running and seems to run a lot smoother and quieter than the old one.Can recommend anyone who is looking to replace their old central heating pump that this is well worth the money.Thanks very much!

good pump.
It's only been going for about 3 weeks and so far it seems very good, overall I'm happy with it , hoping it outlasts the one it replaced which by the way was a different make.This one is a much better make, so fingers crossed!

When I run it after fitting seemed a bit noisy but as the day's has gone on its quietened down quite a bit
