Novatel Wireless MIFI2200 Black Mobile Hotspot for Verizon

Works great! kind of a challenge to set up to the non IT crowd, like myself, but a few calls to Verizon tech support (as for a 'senior' advisor) and it should go pretty smoothly. This is a 3G devise....where as the newer devices are all 4G. This devise has no 'SEM Chip' where as the 4G units do.

I purchased this hotspot last year in March as a back up. I did not check to see if the device worked which was certainly not wise on my part. When my primary hotspot stop working last month, I took the device to Verizon and found out it did not work at all. I reached out to the company and did not heard anything at all. My money is gone and I have a device that was still in the box that does not work. It is certainly frustrating but I will never purchase from this company again. Thank you.Michelle

I purchased 2 of these from 2 different sellers. One worked one didn't. Not sure which was which so I didn't want to give the wrong person a bad review !

We have a 2003 plan with grandfathered in unlimited if we stick to this 3g device. Device works great and keeps running all home internet needs including: Netflix on tv, toddlers tablet, 2 adult phone's.

Recently bought. Verizon set up(activated) for me. This device only works bacsiclly an hour with a tablet using it. Charged all night(off position) . Must hurry this message or will not be able to post!!

3G better than none!
