ROYAL TC100 TimeMaster Time Clock

We purchased this time clock in March 2013 and it only lasted 6 weeks. I contact the company to get a replacement and their service has been miserable. I have spent more time calling, trying to see why it has taken so long to get a new time clock and just continue to get the run-around. It has been 4 weeks now so it looks like I am out the money and just need to start over.

so far doing it job of keeping track of employees hours, I understand that computers time clocks are good the problem is is hard to comply this might be an old fashion way to keep employees times but there is nothing better than having tha actual time clocked in and out, no tricks no ways to cheat, though card can be punched by a coworker is something to watch for.

This is OK, it was not what I was looking for.

The time clock only prints the top half of each number. Each week I have to try to distinguish 2's from 3's etc. Have been trying to get a replacement for it for 3 weeks now. No one will help me. I've called atleast 5 different phone numbers, each party shifting the responsibility to another party where you will likely get a recording or be put on hold forever, just to find out that you really need to call some other department. Finally got a hold of the person in charge of the time clock returns at Royal and she said to email her the info and she'd send me out a replacement. That was 8 days and 2 emails ago. She has yet to respond to my emails. I was also informed that there would be NO REFUNDS, just replacement. I would love to go down to Staples or Office Max and buy a new one while I spend months trying to get my money back, but that's not gonna happen.

Worth the money.

The time clock looks new but did not work properly.The card moved only from day 1 to day 4.Did not goes to day 5, day 6and day 7.Not punch card at all.The time clock is worthless to us.The seller agreed we can return the time clock but we do not know so far if we get replacement.

Works the way I expected. It was tricky at the start but only because I had some old time cards from my previous machine,so it didn't line up properly. Other than that-- works perfect

Three year review: a very poorly built machine. Nothing works. Not due to aging, this machine was unreliable from day one. We called customer service and spoke with Mr Royal, it would seem, a person with no interest in customer service and certainly none to give but for whom the call center always sent us to.
