Pleasantly surprised by this duo - rich & creamy formula so a little goes a long way. The smell is exactly as the name indicates: Enchanted Midnight - a floral & green tea fragrance. My hair dried soft, shiny & manageable. Definitely reccomend.

Product has changed and does not work as well on my hair

So overall, these products are wonderful. I’ve been using Designline’s “Enchanted Midnight” for years, and it has essentially spoiled me. Nothing else will suffice. My dilemma, however, is that although I love these products with my whole heart, recently they redesigned the packaging and for whatever reason, also decided to change the scent. I absolutely LOVE the way Enchanted Midnight makes my hair look and feel, but at least half of the appeal for me was how it used to smell. The new smell is fine, don’t get me wrong, but the old smell was INCREDIBLE. Nearly everyone close to me, including my husband who normally couldn’t care less about the scent of hair products, agreed that the old scent was much better. I’m really going to miss it 😔 hopefully one day they’ll switch back.
