Thankfully I have a cupboard full of shakers from previous c9 detox.. None in box on this occasion and I see others have the same problem... Need to do better at £99!!!

Just arrived! No shaker! Which is very disappointing! Also booklet is now online! I personally think thats a bad move! Going to start my c9 tomorrow so i shall update my review after the 9 days! Luckily i have a protein shaker already to be able to start!

This is a great product. I use it regularly and I feel fantastic. Lots more energy. Less muscle and joint pain. However the order has yet again arrived with no protein shaker. This is the second time I’ve ordered C9 and contents are missing

Dreadful plan and overpriced
Aloe Vera fine. But don't bother with the plan. Overpriced and a dreadful plan. Recipes for Day 3 onwards just not appetising when you've gone the whole day with no proper food. Better off if not an American with Patrick Holford GL/hybrid diet or Michael Moseley 5:2.
