K&N: RK-3933 AIR CLEANER, Black

Between K&N and screamin eagle. I had to go with K&N I use in all my vehicles and less the HD screamin eagle. Easy to install 15 minutes total 12 Harley dayna. Good stage 1 upgrade with Vance and Hines and fuel pak bike sounds and runs great.

Paired this with Vance and Hines slash cut 3" slip ons and a fuel pak 3 for my 2015 Dyna Fat Bob. I chose this model because I like the look of the stock air cleaner. Took around 25 minutes to install with no major hiccups or difficulties. The fuel pak map worked well and there are no decel pops. Haven't dyno'd yet but I'd say 10-15% power gain.

I received the right kit but the wrong filter although looking the same did not have the right hole patterns to mount it. I email K&N direct thinking that if I send them a picture and explain what's going on they could just ship me the right filter. 3 day and 3 emails later they keep asking me question that put in the original email. (What's the kit number?, Where did you buy it?) all laid out in the original email.The picture attach will explain it all.I just ordered a replacement for Amazon, hopefully this one will work but I have lost a week of riding so far.

Worth the money, can hear the induction noise now, many bike is free to rev. No idea about the HP I didn't put it on a dyno. I have just bought a FP3 to go with it as the map is available online for no exhaust upgrade, which is great as again I do not want to keep going off to a dyno for a tune!! the install was a little fiddly when attaching the plenum to the side of the throttle body but install instructions were great. only about half hour to pull old off and new kit installed.

I have had to tightened and relocked the screws twice. my stock cover fell of so I used the cover plate it comes with and have had no problems. The screws around the throttle body are a pain the butt to install without cross threading due to the velocity stack rubber boot. this is the cheapest intake you will find with a washable filter hands down and its a decent value.

Definitely have more power than before while still maintaining the stock look. I like how my teardrop air filter cover looks with the stock headers. This is a nice way to maintain the sleek stock look while getting more air into the engine. Also liked that I saved more money than if I went with JP or Dennis Kirk.

works great no program issues... 50 miles to the gal so far...plus i ride fun....install is steps but works great

Awesome filter kit! It's my second kit, for another Harley and it breath better without look like a modified intake/filter. The original chrome cover fits perfectly over this K&N! Highly recommended!!!

Looks great but missing 5 button head screws. I can't even install it. Guess I'm off to the hardwear store.
