Easy to use, and Accurate!
I have been using this for four days and really love it. I am caring for my mother who is home recovering from a stroke, and needs to have her blood pressure and pulse monitored throughout the day. I got this to replace a unit which was a digital arm blood pressure unit, it had started to act up a bit. This one works great. It is battery operated. (2 AAA batteries, which were not included.) This makes it easy to carry around from room to room. My old one had to be plugged in and that was a pain sometimes. It's also much easier on my mother, since it goes on the wrist rather than the upper arm. Even when her blood pressure is high, it doesn't hurt when it pumps up high to measure it, like the arm kind did. It also seems to be very accurate and reliable. I have compared it to the one the home health nurses use when they come to check it, and it is always very close. I am very pleased with this one and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing to keep an eye on their blood pressure.Disclaimer: I received this item at a discount in exchange for an honest review. This in no way affected my review, as I would not recommend a product I am not happy with. I am, however, very happy and eager to recommend products I am happy with! If my opinion changes over time and use of the product, I will come back and update my review to reflect the change. My own purchases over the years have depended highly upon Amazon reviews.

Lots of surprises
I expected a precise and solid medical equipment, instead it is made of cheap plastic. Just how cheap it feels in the hand, I was unsure if the results were accurate at first. Lo and behold, I compared the results with a more expensive and solid BP machine (used by my nurse sister); the numbers were almost right on (this was showing about two points higher). This was easy to put on. My son put it on his wrist and pretended it was a sci-fi futuristic communicator. The price was great, and despite everything, I'm glad I bought this. If it eventually stops working, the kids get a new toy.

Happy with purchase.
Works as it should, just be sure not too strap it on too tightly / loosely, it will not give correct readings. And ALWAYS be sure the batteries are good, that may also affect the readings given.

Just one small problem
I had another wrist cuff for several years that worked fine. When it finally quit, I tried to find another one that would fit my very small wrist. I bought this one because of the great reviews and the lightning deal. I can tell you that the unit itself works great, far better than my other one. But the problem is with design. There really is no way to put this on your wrist without hitting the on switch. It's starts to pump up every time I'm still trying to get it secure. I've tried several times to carefully wrap it without hitting the on button but so far no luck. If you can live with that then this is the cuff for you. It does fit my very tiny wrists and also will fit my husband's large one.

GREAT!
This monitor is a quality product at a good price, and very easy to use. It has memory as well. Also I am pleased it has an abnormal heart rhythm detector, because I have problems with that. It's very accurate and easy to read. I'm glad I chose this product.

Easy to use and understand
I bought 2, one for me and one for a gift. Works great. Tells me with the double heart when my afib is acting up.

Worst one yet
Just now getting around to using this. I've purchased many wrist cuffs over the years and most of them are crap. Took this one to India and gave as gift; but it would not provide a BP reading. Instead, an 'E' for error every time the person used it. I was so embarrassed. It is made in China and out of warranty. Not worth contacting he manufacturer or anyone else.

didn't work with my body; worked for others
This did not work well for me. I obtained wildly variable readings depending on small changes in the posture of my arm and the position of the cuff on my wrist. Readings were so falsely high -- 220/100! -- that I made an emergency visit to my physician the second day I had it. Their equipment measured me at 128/88.Took it back to my office, shared it with others -- they all got reasonable readings, and yet again I obtained falsely elevated readings. Something about my physiology tricked this monitor. Useless for me so I gave it away.
